CE Approved 15 Tons Industrial Direct Cooling Ice Block Machine For Concrete Cooling


Koller direct cooling block ice machine is our newest technology, adopting aluminium plate to freeze ice block directly, without any chemical or salt, it is a plug and play machyine and operated by PLC program control system.

DK150 Block Ice Making Machine has 15 ton capacity per day,
it has 200 pieces of 25kg block ice in 8hours, that is 600 pieces of 25kg block ice in 24hours.

Product Features:
1) Short and fast ice freezing time.
2) Food-grade aluminium ice moulds, anti-rust and anti-corrosive.
3) Aluminium ice moulds assembled without welding. Will not deform or affect ice harvest.
4) Sanitary, clean and edible ice blocks.
5) Auto water adding, ice making and ice harvest.
6) Controlled by German SIEMENS PLC controller with touch screen.
7) No need salt water.
8) Compact structure design, can save installation space and shipping costs for you.
9) Very strong framework, not easy to deform.

Faster Ice Making and Lower Power Consumption
Aluminum evaporator is of 3 times higher heat exchange efficiency than other steel [SUS304, galvanized steel], so ice block can be completely frozen faster. In this way, it can produce more ice blocks with lower power consumption.

Without salt or other material's corrosion, Koller direct cooling ice block machine can have longer service life and you need just clean the ice moulds regularly. The future maintenance investment is lower.
