Koller tube ice machine is a type ice machine, which produces cylinder shape ice with a hole in the middle; it adopts flooded evaporator model, which improves ice making efficiency and capacity. Meanwhile, compact structure design can save installation space.
Ice thickness and hollow part size can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Under PLC program control system to work automatically, the machine has high capacity, low-power consumption and minimal maintenance.

Koller Tube Ice Maker Details

3 Tons/Day Large Capacity Tube Ice Machine for Ice Plant

Evaporator: It is a vertical shell tube type device. The stainless steel heat exchange tube carries the upper and lower tube sheets, and each has a water tank at the top and bottom.
For the 15tons or 20tons capacity tube ice machine, the evaporator is a little bit high so that the evaporator can be laid down during transportation and installed after being erected on site, which meets the requirements of container transportation.

Refrigeration unit: including compressor, condenser, receiver, oil separator, accummulator, receiver, electrical control box and other refrigeration components. It has low power consumption and high frozen efficiency, so it is very energy-saving.

Harvest ice way: Hot gas defrosts

PLC program Logic Controller, which allows multiple functions such as automatic machine start and shut down; ice falling automatically when the freezing time is ensured, Automatic water making up.

Rotating Driver Ice Cutter: stainless steel 304 Ice Cutter Blade run by medium speed gear motor.

Special ice outlet: Ice discharging automatically, No need taking ice by hand which can guarantee the ice clean and sanitary, meanwhile, it is matched with ice packing system to package the ice by plastic bags.

Framework: It adopts stainless steel 304 framework, anti-rust and anti-corrosive. So it can be directly put into the food production workshops. It covers a small area, the installation and operation are very simple.

Tube Ice
1). Tube ice is a hollow cylinder shape with external diameter of 20mm, 28mm, 34mm, 40mm and other specifications.
2). The length of tube ice is 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm.
3). The diameter of the inner hole can be adjusted according to the ice making time, generally between 5 and 10mm,or the solid ice can be customized according to customer requirements.
4). Tube ice is thick and transparent. It has the following characteristics: long storage time, not easy to melt, good air permeability, and meets the edible standard.
