2 Tons Block Ice Machine (DK20) for Tropical Area Ice Plants

Koller direct cooling block ice machine is our newest technology, adopting aluminium plate to freeze ice block directly, without any chemical or salt, it is a plug and play machyine and operated by PLC program control system.

DK20 Block Ice Making Machine has 2 ton capacity per day,
it has 30 pieces of 10kg block ice in 3hours, that is 210 pieces of 10kg block ice in 24hours.

Faster Ice Making and Lower Power Consumption 
Aluminum evaporator is of 3 times higher heat exchange efficiency than other steel [SUS304, galvanized steel], so ice block can be completely frozen faster. In this way, it can produce more ice blocks with lower power consumption.
