Koller TV series tube ice machine is a type ice machine, which produces cylinder shape ice with a hole in the middle; it adopts flooded evaporator model, which improves ice making efficiency and capacity. Meanwhile, compact structure design can save installation space.
Ice thickness and hollow part size can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Under PLC program control system to work automatically, the machine has high capacity, low-power consumption and minimal maintenance.
Product Features
1.The ice tube looks like hollow cylinder. Tube ice outer diameter is 20mm, 28mm, 34mm, 40mm; tube ice length: 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm. The inner diameter can be adjusted according to the ice making time. Usually it's between 5mm~10mm.
2.The mainframe adopts SUS304 stainless steel. It can put the food directly into the production room which cover a small area, low production cost, high frozen efficiency, save energy, short installation period and easy to operate.
3. Refrigeration System Components: we use world famous brand Refrigerant Components to guarranty the perfect performance and efficiency of the ice machine.
4. Controller Components: Siemens PLC control components have brought reliability & stability to system.
5.The ice is quite thick and transparent, beautiful, long storage, not easy to melt, fine permeability.
6.Main application: daily using, vegetable fresh-keeping, pelagic fishery fresh-keeping, chemical processing, building projects and other places need to use ice.
Main parts of the tube ice machine Evaporator: It is a vertical shell tube type device. The stainless steel heat exchange tube carries the upper and lower tube sheets, and each has a water tank at the top and bottom. The evaporator of the tube ice machine is a little bit high so that the evaporator can be laid down during transportation and installed after being erected on site, which meets the requirements of container transportation.
Refrigeration unit: including compressor, condenser, receiver, oil separator, accummulator receiver, electrical control box and other refrigeration components.

About Our Installation: All the necessary parts such as water pipes, water pumps and other accessories are offered free of charge when delivery.
Operational manual and video will be offered to guide the installation.
1. If you will install the machine by yourself, we will provide the installation guidance step by step until you installed the machine successfully.
2. If you need our engineer to assist the installation, provide technical support and train your workers on site.
1) You should provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.
2) Before our engineer arrived at your site, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be ready. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.
3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, you should afford the cost, such as water pipes.
4) 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.
5) Free of charge for one week. Any delay due to your reason, USD100/day for one person as installation fee will be charged from the 8th day.

RO Water Filter
If your tube ice is for drinking, then the water to make ice should be clean and healthy water. You can use RO water filter to purify water if the local water quality don't meet the edible standard.
Electronic Scale and Sealer
If you need to pack the ice bags for selling, then you need an electronic scale and sealer.
Electronic Scale: 100kg high-precision industrial digital electronic scale.
Sealer: foot pedal sealer, easy to control and operate.
Cold Room
The ice should be stored in cold room or freezer before selling. Our cold room can be designed according to your need, including size, temperature, door, etc.
Fully Automatic Packing Machine
Automatically finishing the entire procedures, indcuding ice feeding, weighting, making bag, filling, sealing, printing, punching (optional) and counting.
Ice pack can be 1kg to 10kg per bag. Max packing capacity per hour is 3tons.
The conveyer belt is made of food grade PVC and SUS304 stainless steel, which can extremely prevent pollution and keep the ice package neat and clean.
