5 Tons Tube Ice Machine TV50

 

Koller TV series tube ice machine is a type ice machine, which produces cylinder shape ice with a hole in the middle; it adopts flooded evaporator model, which improves ice making efficiency and capacity. Meanwhile, compact structure design can save installation space.
Ice thickness and hollow part size can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Under PLC program control system to work automatically, the machine has high capacity, low-power consumption and minimal maintenance.

Product Features
 

1. The ice tube looks like hollow cylinder. Tube ice outer diameter is 20mm, 28mm, 34mm, 40mm; tube ice length: 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm. The inner diameter can be adjusted according to the ice making time. Usually it's between 5mm~10mm.
2. The mainframe adopts SUS304 stainless steel. It can put the food directly into the production room which cover a small area, low production cost, high frozen efficiency, save energy, short installation period and easy to operate.
3. The ice is quite thick and transparent, beautiful, long storage, not easy to melt, fine permeability.
4. Main application: daily using, vegetable fresh-keeping, pelagic fishery fresh-keeping, chemical processing, building projects and other places need to use ice.

Main parts of product

Evaporator: It is a vertical shell tube type device. The stainless steel heat exchange tube carries the upper and lower tube sheets, and each has a water tank at the top and bottom. The evaporator of the tube ice machine is a little bit high so that the evaporator can be laid down during transportation and installed after being erected on site, which meets the requirements of container transportation.

Refrigeration unit: including compressor, condenser, receiver, oil separator, accummulator receiver, electrical control box and other refrigeration components.

Cooling tower: Cooling tower is a device that uses water as circulating coolant to absorb heat from the system and discharge it into the atmosphere to reduce the water temperature(for tube ice machine with water cooling).

Installation

Installing by the user:
We will test and install the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual and CD are provided to guide the installation.

Installing by Koller engineers:
(1) We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. The end-user should provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.

(2) Before our engineers' arrival, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be prepared. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.

(3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, the buyer is required to afford the cost, such as water pipes.

(4) 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.

(5) Any delay due to customer's reason, it will be charged from the 8th day, USD100/day for one person as installation fee. Free of charge for one week.
