For the cold room volume below 20 CBM, temperature above -15 degree,
With mono block condensing unit, no more complicated installation procedure!
Merit of Mono-block condensing unit:
Easy installation: no need welding the cooper pipes, vacuuming, and refrigerant charging;
Running voltage: Single phase OK;
Temp range: from 5 ºC to -15 ºC;
Application: provide refrigeration services to restaurants, bars, meat markets, schools, hospitals, gas stations, hotels, and other businesses.
Cold room panel material: SUS304, Aluminum sheet, Galvanized sheet, Painted steel.
Normally for the wall and roof panel, we suggest you the Painted steel, for the floor, the Galvanized sheet.
Insulation panel thickness optional: 75mm/100mm/120mm/150mm, density over 40kg/m³
Considering the structure stability, for a cold room, the insulation panel thickness supposed to be same.
Door type optional: Hinge door and sliding door, the material and thickness is same as the insulation panel.

For the cold room ttemperature below -15 ºC, we suggest you the condensing unit and air cooler separated design.
And the mono block condensing unit suits the mini cold room use, please kindly note.
Installation:
1. If you will install the machine by yourself, we will provide the installation guidance step by step until you installed the machine successfully.
2. If you need our engineer to assist the installation, provide technical support and train your workers on site. You should provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.
3. Before our engineer arrived in your site, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be ready. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.
4. All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, the buyer is required to afford the cost, such as water pipes.
5. 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.
6. Any delay due to customer's reason, it will be charged from the 8th day, USD100/day for one person as installation fee. Free of charge for one week.
