Koller Flake Ice Evaporator Drum Features:
 Guangzhou Koller Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. is professional in producing flake ice evaporator. Its evaporator with fixed vertical design is made of SUS304 or carbon steel with high heat transfer efficiency and surface Nobelium electroplated. And the automatic protection welding equipment and annealing heat treatment furnace ensure the ice machine high quality and better performance. 

Flake ice machine evaporator are widely applied into flake ice making plant and ammonia system ice machine, etc. To realize the continuous ice making, users only need to connect the evaporator tube to the refrigeration source, convenient installation, lower cost. 
Koller Flake Ice Evaporator Drum Main Accesories:
(1) Ice blade: made of SUS304 material seamless steel tube and formed through only one time process. It is durable; 
(2) Spindle and other accessories: made of SUS304 material through precision machining, and conform to food hygiene standard;
(3) Thermal insulation: foaming machine filling with imported polyurethane foam insulation. Better effect.
 (4) Evaporator size and installation direction can be customized acoording to customers requirements;
(5) The material of evaporator wall, up and down pedestal is availabe (304 & 316).
 

Koller Flake Ice Evaporator Drum Advantages:
Professional evaporator producing plant, various horizontal lathes are all owned in Koller company. And the 2.5m diameter verticallathe can process the single ice bucket workpiece up to 50 tons. The high-performance annealing heat treatment equipment can eliminate the welding stress with its 850ºC high temperature annealing treatment ability, which can guarantee ice bucket good material mechanics performance and prevent the evaporator inner wall from deformation forever. 

Our spiral ice blade researched & developed and produced by ourselves independently is made of high performance strong stainless steel and formed through only one time process. Its scientific structure, clean hygiene, reasonable spiral angle and accurate cylindricity make it cut ice with less resistance, no noise, vibration and balance.
