KOLLER ICE CUBE MACHINE FEATURES
Koller CV series ice cube machine is the first fully automatic edible ice cube machine with three advanced technique: adjustable ice thickness, automatic water supplying, automatic ice freezing and ice falling. It adopts water cooling system. The cooling tower will be installed outdoors and provide cooling for the machine via water pump. Excellent cooling effect, fast ice making and energy saving.
1, Large Capacity: different capacity from 1ton/day to 25tons/day. Its production is stable and can reach 90%-95% even in summer. When the ambient temp is lower than 20ºC, input water temp is lower than 25ºC, its production can reach 100%-130%.
2, Safe and Sanitary: Reasonable design for the frame and structure and water system with SUS304 ensure the ice cube sanitary for human consumption.
3, Lower Power Consumption: Greatly save energy, only 75~80KW*H are consumed to produce one-ton ice; when the ambient temp is lower than23ºC, it just consumes 70-85 KWH/Ton, compared with other small ice cube maker (normally 150-165 KWH/Ton), its energy saving rate reaches more than 30%.
4. Automatic Operation: Equipped with Siemens PLC + Touch Screen Controlling System, which allows multiple functions such as automatic timer function for start and shut down; ice stopping production when the ice bins are full. All parameters can be easily set, all running history can be checked.
5, Labor Saving Design: Special ice outlet. Ice discharging automatically, No need taking ice by hand which can guarantee the ice clean and sanitary, meanwhile, it is matched with ice packing system to package the ice with plastic bags.

All Ice cubes can be separated into individual cubes with KOLLER screw design.
Use a digital scale and LDPE bag for ice cube packing, use bag sealing machine to finish the packing

Installation:
1). Installing by the user: We will tested and install well the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual and CD are provided to guide the installation.
2). Installing by Koller engineers:
(1) We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. The end-user provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.
(2) Before our engineer arrived in your site, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be ready. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.
(3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, the buyer is required to afford the cost, such as water pipes.
(4) 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.
(5) Any delay due to customer's reason, it will be charged from the 8th day, USD100/day for one person as installation fee. Free of charge for one week.
5. Warranty period: One year for the machine. If there are some problems, we will try our best to solve it. Meanwhile, we will offer you some spared parts.
6. Delivery time: 30 days after receiving the advanced payment.
7. All necessary parts such as water pipes, water pumps and accessories are offered free of charge when delivery.
8. Operational manual and CD will be offered to guide the installation.
